Position Title: Logistics Analyst
Position Description:
Acquisition Logistician to support USMC program offices, providing logistics support to the central acquisition agents equipping and sustaining the Marine Corps Operating Forces with the vital systems to accomplish USMC missions. This includes all phases of the DoD acquisition process, including general programmatic support that is required throughout the period of performance for each of the principal systems. Successful individual will be responsible for full lifecycle logistical support with experience in sustainment planning, technical manual development, develop & implement fielding plans, business case analysis, cost, technical & schedule; commercial supply chain assessments, risk/benefit analysis, etc.). Requires knowledge of DoD acquisition. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, able to work independently, and experience working in an integrated product team environment.
Candidates Must Possess the Following Requirements:

Possess detailed and functional knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP) and Marine Corps and joint doctrine related to Logistics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management

Excellent time management and organization skills; ability to multi-task in a fast paced, large environment setting
The Ideal Candidate Should Also Possess the Following:

Minimum eight years’ operational experience in deployment and employment of C2 methods and systems for ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and combat service support units

Minimum three years of demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at the operational command level as measured by actual operational force employment experience

Minimum three years’ experience in military training and education
