Position Title: Program Analyst
Position Description:
Acquisition Program Analysts to support USMC program offices, providing acquisition and program management support to the central acquisition agents equipping and sustaining the Marine Corps Operating Forces. This includes all phases of the DoD acquisition process, including general programmatic support that is required throughout the period of performance for each of the principal systems across the spectrum of acquisition categories (ACAT I - IV and AAP). Successful candidates will be responsible for full lifecycle acquisition support. Requires documented knowledge of and experience with DoD acquisition. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and experience working in an integrated product team environment.
Candidates Must Possess the Following Requirements:

Able to work independently or under only general supervision on assigned tasks

Knowledge of DoD 5000 series and Acquisition process

Bachelors Degree (additional 4 years of general experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree)

Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
-
4 years of experience with DoD and USMC Acquisition Documentation (AS/AP, APB etc.)

Proficiency with Windows OS and basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency with MS Project is a plus.
The Ideal Candidate Should Also Possess the Following:

USMC experience

Program Management DAWIA Level II (or equivalency) and PMP
-
Knowledge of DoN Application and Database Management System (DADMS) and DoD IT Portfolio Registry (DITPR-DON)

Experience developing Program Management Reviews (PMR) and the Probability of Program Success (PoPS) Baseline Review Board (BRB) briefings and other high-level program papers and briefings in support of the PM
-
Experience developing Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) compliance documentation
-
Experience developing Milestone Decision packages and associated program documentation
-
Experience administering, assisting users, troubleshooting issues, uploading and filing programmatic documentation to MCEITS SharePoint and SharePoint sites

Expertise in configuration and risk management policies and procedures
